This cool cat from Bordeaux has a dark side to him. Off the water, he's as chill as anyone. But when it's time to ski, watch out. His competitive nature takes over and is unleashed on the buoys! Relatively unproven coming into this season, Julien changed all that at this year's European Championships. Skiing for Team France, he bowed up when it counted, running 4@39 in the finals to finish 4th!
